So many people start off with great intentions then fizzle out through a lack of consistency in their actions.
What one thing do you want to consistent in, that when you follow through, you get what you want?
Here are 3 steps to help you be more consistent.
1. Set an emotionally charged 21 day goal. Something that helps you achieve your longer term goals.
2. Attach a reward for achievement commensurate with the goal
3. Set an alarm for the daily action and Commit
If it doesn’t excite you then don’t bother
