Have you ever felt a bit flat... especially during Covid? Here is a quick tip to help you stay in top mental form... Tip - When you feel great... record a powerful, positive message to yourself. Play it back when you need it... when you need a hand up... Fill it with beautiful “I Am...” type of statements. eg "I AM happy"
"I AM a powerful and positive person"
"I AM a great (what do you do)"
I like to finish with "I AM alive, I'm well and I feel great"
My own recording only goes for 6 minutes. Its a wonderful gift I listen to when needed.
